About the position

As an HR adviser in the HR department at Kega and Keephub, you will have passion for the job and add quality to the HR department. You handle all staff-related matters. You are responsible for staff mutations aimed at inflow, through-flow and outflow, recruitment, the processing of payroll mutations and you take on various HR projects independently. Together with the HR manager and the HR trainee, you form the HR team, which is characterised as an ambitious and driven team.

  • First point of contact for HR-related matters of employees and managers and processing personnel mutations aimed at inflow, throughput and outflow
  • Together with the team, you are responsible for personnel and payroll administration
    You identify relevant internal and external developments and translate these into concrete opportunities for the organisation.
  • You get to work with recruitment, from recruiting and selecting candidates to coordinating interviews and hiring new colleagues.
  • You will independently take on various HR-related projects and you will be given all the freedom you need to come up with new ideas and develop them further. Next year, themes such as employer branding, recruitment and employee engagement are on the agenda.

Do you see yourself in this?

You possess a healthy dose of guts and are entrepreneurial.

Higher professional education working and thinking level and you have 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

A completed college education in the field of Human Resource Management.

No challenge is too big; you seize it with both hands and think in terms of opportunities and solutions.

You are available 4 to 5 days a week (32 to 40 hours is negotiable).

You are familiar with Cobra by SDworx (not a must, but an advantage).

You score bonus points with knowledge of employment law, payroll and recruitment.
