Structure and overview of all assets at Fashioncheque.
The portfolio of Fashioncheque is growing, resulting in an increasing amount of content that the marketing department needs to manage. This brings challenges such as a lack of time, oversight, and systematic workflows. We have been asked to help professionalize content management at Fashioncheque to enable more efficient work within the organization.

The Approach
An extensive analysis was started, in which we examined the organization's workflow, the volume of assets circulating, and who is allowed to view, edit, and use them. Based on this analysis, we concluded that a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system would provide the necessary structure and overview for Fashioncheque. The decision to implement a DAM solution was quickly made. Together with Fashioncheque, we chose the solution from our partner Bynder, as it perfectly aligns with the organization’s needs.
The solution
Prior to the implementation, we played an independent role in selecting the suitable solution. During the implementation, we ensure that the process runs as efficiently as possible and keep all stakeholders involved from kick-off to go-live. After the go-live, we remain involved for maintenance and further development.
The DAM solution at Fashioncheque ensures that employees spend less time storing, searching for, and finding content, while also reducing their dependence on colleagues through automated workflows. All assets are now securely and scalably stored in a safe cloud environment. Fashioncheque saves valuable time, and brand consistency is maintained.

Fashioncheque has been the market leader in fashion gift cards for years. As part of the Gift Card Company B.V. label, Fashioncheque, along with their other cards under the names Baby Cadeau Bon, Sports Gift Card, and the Schaats Cadeau Kaart, is sold both physically and online in many European countries. Additionally, white label cards for third parties, including Bestseller (Jack & Jones, Only), are also part of the Gift Card Company portfolio.
